Registration of your high rise building with the Building Safety Regulator (which should have been done in 2023. It is illegal to live in a high rise property not registered with the Building safety Regulator).

Compliance with Building Safety Act 2022 and the high rise requirements.

Compliance with general periodic building safety checks and testing as required including fire doors through out the building, lifts, dry and wet risers, resident fire safety information, fire fighting equipment inspections and records, wayfinding signage and secure information provision and box for the local fire services.
